Ingredients (makes about 6 cups)

2 cups chilly cubed watermelon (300 g/ 10.6 oz)
bunch of recent mint leaves, to style
1/four cup recent lime juice (60 ml/ 2 fl oz)
1 cup filtered water (240 ml/ eight fl oz)
three cups chilled glowing water (720 ml/ 24 fl oz)
ice cubes or crushed ice, to style


Ensure the melons are chilly from the fridge. Peel the melon, take away the seeds and reduce into chunks. Place in your blender with the mint leaves, lime juice and filtered water. Blitz till easy.
